Philosophy
We all know what a bad night of sleep feels like, right? Get a good night of sleep and you feel like you can conquer the world. Get a bad night of sleep (or lots of them), and even the simplest of tasks can seem insurmountable. Sleep is also a foundation for healthy living. Just think about how difficult it can be to make healthy dietary choices or adhere to fasting, when you are sleep-starved. Yet far too often, even “healthy” people will sacrifice sleep for the other demands of living. As a specialty-trained sleep psychologist with over 15 years of research and clinical experience, I am passionate about helping people learn to prioritize sleep and take small steps to improve it so that they can upgrade their health, well-being, productivity, and relationships.
